1.2 ‘Services’ shall mean the services specified in writing that the Client will be sent after a document is accepted.

4 PROVISION OF SERVICES

We only offer opinions and suggestions. We accept no responsibility for the evaluations or opinions of others, nor any outcomes which may result. 4.3 Evaluating the suitability of our services is the responsibility of the Client and you need to ensure that any products, services, opinions or information available through this website meet your specific requirements and are permitted under the rules and regulations of your company, university or institution governing the preparation and submission of written work.
4.4 We explicitly and unambiguously condemn plagiarism of any kind. You are advised that plagiarism and breach of copyright are serious offences and we assume no responsibility for such content and maintain the right to deny services and contact with any person who is suspected of such offenses.
4.5 You are solely responsible for everything provided by you to EdThis.com and anything returned by us to you. We accept no responsibility for loss of materials and urge you to always back-up your work and retain multiple copies.
4.6 EdThis.com reserves the right to deny or refuse service to any customer or prospective customer for any reason and without explanation.


5 CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

5.1 Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of our service you should contact EdThis.com at edit@edthis.com within seven days of the return of your edited document.
5.2 We do not make any guarantee that edited documents are in any way “perfect” or “error free.” The client is responsible for reviewing the edited document and contacting EdThis.com within seven days of receiving the document if an error is found. If it is agreed that an error is still present that the client cannot resolve, EdThis.com will correct any such error(s) free of charge.
5.3 Due to the highly personalised nature of the service, EdThis.com is not obligated to refund any costs in the case of an edited document being considered less than perfect.


6 TECHNICAL

6.1 We endeavour to ensure that all files originating at EdThis.com are free of known computer viruses, but we offer no warranty or guarantee that files are virus free, and we are not able to provide any assurances for e-mails or attachments of emails. All recipients are cautioned to check all e-mails, attachments and other computer files before accessing them. Any and all risk of virus contamination is assumed by the recipient.
6.2 EdThis.com is not liable or responsible for service delays resulting from technical problems, including server or connection issues that are beyond our control. We will make every effort to meet deadlines and communicate with customers if technical problems arise.
6.3 EdThis.com may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by other parties. We do not control such websites and we take no responsibility for, and will not incur any liability in respect of, their content. Our inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of views, statements or information contained in such websites. These links are provided as a convenience only.


7 FORCE MAJEUR

7.1 "Force majeure" here shall include, but not be limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disorder, industrial dispute, fire, explosions or technical failure. Upon the happening of a "force majeure" event, we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of our obligations.

8 COPYRIGHT

8.1 This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to EdThis.com. This material includes, but is not limited to, the words, design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction of any kind is prohibited.

9 GENERAL

9.1 Each of the parties warrants its power to enter into this agreement and the necessary approval to enter into this agreement has been obtained.
9.2 The Client will not assign its rights or obligations under these terms and conditions without the prior written consent of the Company.
9.3 If any provision of this Agreement or part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable, it shall not affect the remaining paragraphs, subparagraphs and clauses.
9.4 Any failure by EdThis.com to enforce the rights granted under these Terms & Conditions is not to be taken as or deemed to be a waiver of those rights, unless the waiver is acknowledged in writing.
9.5 Your statutory rights are unaffected.
